The IPPA Constitution is the codification of the Fundamental Principles, Rules and Statutes adopted by IPPA and its members. It governs the organization and operation of the IPPA and establishes the conditions for the competitions organized by the IPPA and in coordination with its associated members.
IPPA is responsible for monitoring international P&P competitions by applying the rules issued by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, verifying if these rules are observed by its associate members, and managing the resulting sporting justice, protecting all its interests in the outside.
